Customer Service and Box Office

You can contact us via email 24/7. We are available by phone on weekdays between 9:30 AM - 4:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

And if you would rather meet us in person, we are at the Box Office at the Old Stage from Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

The Box Offices at the Opera House, the Royal Playhouse, and the Old Stage are open on performance days from two hours before until the start of the performance.
