If you are a member of the Citizen Representation (Borgerrepræsentationen) of the City of Copenhagen, we collect the information from the secretariat of the Citizen Representation.

2. MANDATORY DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL DATA
In the cases where we process personal data about you due to a requirement that must be complied with before entering into an agreement with you, you are obliged to provide the personal data that we need in order to comply with our obligations under the agreement. For example, we need your contact details to be able to respond to an enquiry from you, send tickets, season cards or theatre cards, etc.
You are required to provide us with certain personal data about you in order for us to enter into an agreement with you.
If you do not provide the data that we need to comply with our obligations under the agreement, the consequences may be that the desired agreement cannot be entered into or that you cannot use the desired function.
The relevant forms will indicate whether the provision of the personal data is mandatory or optional. If the provision of the personal data is mandatory, the relevant field will be marked with an asterisk (*).
3. YOUR RIGHTS
3.1 General
You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in connection with our processing of your personal data.
You have the right to access the data we process about you as well as certain additional information.
You also have the right to demand that incorrect data about you be corrected. In special cases, you will have the right to demand that data about you be erased. In addition, in certain cases, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted. Furthermore, in certain cases, you will have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
Finally, in certain cases, you have the right to data portability, which means a right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have those personal data transmitted from us to another data controller.

3.2 Consent
If our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you may at any time withdraw your consent by contacting us at admin@kglteater.dk or through the contact details below.
If you withdraw your consent, you should note that we will not be able to further process your data unless we are legally or contractually obliged to do so.
Please note, however, that this will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously given consent until the withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from the time of the withdrawal.
