Lars Ulrik Mortensen

Lars Ulrik Mortensen was born in 1955. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and subsequently with Trevor Pinnock in London. Lars Ulrik Mortensen has been a member of the renowned English ensemble London Baroque and has performed as a soloist and chamber musician throughout Europe, the United States, Mexico, South America, Australia, China, and Japan.

Lars Ulrik Mortensen began conducting more than 20 years ago and has for many years focused on working with specialized ensembles with an emphasis on period instruments in Concerto Copenhagen.
