Every summer, in the Danish summer country, you can attend free opera concerts around Denmark. Experience some of the country's best opera singers in highlights from famous operas and the upcoming season's performances.

Since they began over 20 years ago, the summer concerts have been a popular event, where audiences of all ages enjoy the free opera concerts in the open air. For many people, the Royal Danish Summer Opera has become a permanent tradition, where thousands of audiences meet each year for a free concert.

The Royal Danish Summer Opera is for everyone - both seasoned and passionate opera fans, but also beginners, who can experience some of the greatest hits from the world of opera and get a taste of the new opera season.

Take your picnic blanket under your arm and look forward to an afternoon in the company of the Royal Danish Opera's singers in the green.
