Nationality: German

Education: Staatliche Ballettschule Berlin, 2002-08 and John Cranko Schule in Stuttgart, 2008-11

Previous companies: Theater Magdeburg in Germany

Career: Joined the Royal Danish Ballet as a member of the corps de ballet in 2018

Highlights: To dance Romeo in Romeo and Juliet by Gonzalo Galguera with Theater Magdeburg in 2012, and Lucien in Paquita with Ballet de Catalunya in Barcelona in 2017

Why did you start dancing?
Even before I was born I danced, in the womb.

Why do you think ballet is still relevant today? 
Dance has and will always be relevant. It is a part of humans, and ballet is the most refined form of dance.

What is your favorite ballet?
Everything from Onegin and Lady of Camellias to Swan Lake and Sleeping Beauty and until neoclassical and modern pieces.

What is your favorite holiday destination?
Spain.

Do you have any hobbies?
Drawing.

Is there anything you can’t live without?
Integrity.

Where can we find you on a day off?
In bed, thinking about how to make the world a better place.
