Andy Besuch, costume designer

Born1983 in Berlin.

Andy Besuch is a costume and stage designer graduating from Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Dresden. His work includes productions at a range of theatre such as Schauspiel Köln, Hannover, Düsseldorf, Residenztheater München, Stattstheater Stuttgart and Schwerin, and opera houses, the latest being Bayreuth 2020. Andy Besuch has also created costumes for feature films and commercials.

Andy Besuch collaboratons with Falk Richter includes Am Königsweg by Elfriede Jelinek (2017) and Lazarus af Bowie/Walsh (2018) – both at Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg; In My Room at Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin (2020) and Touch at Münchner Kammerspiele (2020).
