Dream

Where were you last night?

DREAM is an imaginative and interactive dance performance for children, where the children themselves help create the dance performance together with us.

DREAM – Where have you been tonight? is an imaginative and interactive dance performance for children created by Tiny Dancer, where the children themselves help create the dance performance together with us. Join us on a unique and enchanting journey into the land of dreams, where anything can happen! In DREAM, the children's own dreams, thoughts, and feelings turn into dance, play, and moving images that can inspire new adventures, both in imagination and in reality. The performance explores the meaning of dreams through choreography, scenography, and unique soundscapes, which the children have the opportunity to experience firsthand. As part of the performance, children are invited onto the Opera House's Takkelloft stage, where together we create a fascinating dream world that allows them to recognize their own dream images – and perhaps discover new ones! For dreams are a kind of portal to the wacky, the poetic, and the completely unexpected. Here, boundaries can melt together, reality can twist, and suddenly we find ourselves in the middle of a wild and enchanting landscape. DRØM is a performance that celebrates children's curiosity, emotions, and imagination, inviting them to keep dreaming long after they have left the theater. Do you want to join us on an adventurous trip to the land of dreams? The performance is created by Tiny Dancer and co-produced by Danish Dance Theatre, premiering at Takkelloftet in 2026.
