Anne Linnet

An ambitious and deeply personal concert based on the work "Songs for Life"

When Anne Linnet embarks on a nationwide tour in the fall of 2026, the centerpiece will be her grand, four-part work "Sange Til Livet" (Songs for Life). An ambitious and deeply personal project, written over a lifetime—shaped by journeys, life stages, loss, hope, and the relationships that bind us together.

"Sange Til Livet" was released in 2022 and contains a total of 50 songs. The work revolves around what we all share: love, longing, fragility, and the realization that life is constantly in motion. Musically, as she always has, Anne Linnet moves effortlessly between the poetic and the direct, the reflective and the relevant—with melody and language as the driving force.

"’Sange Til Livet’ came about because life insisted on it," says Anne Linnet. "There are 50 songs in total, so if I were to sing them all at one and the same concert, it would be a marathon performance. Therefore, the setlist has varied from tour to tour—and this fourth time, the songs from the major work will also be seasoned with some of the songs the audience already knows and that I know people love."

The concerts are performed by the Anne Linnet Quartet, which, besides herself, consists of Julie Lindell, Markus Lindell, and Kasper Falkenberg. Together, they create a vibrant and nuanced sound universe where melodic craftsmanship, powerful lyrics, and musical intimacy are given room to unfold. The quartet moves from the country's largest concert halls to smaller, intimate venues—always with the songs at the center.
